Our Story
After 20 years of service, Coyote Kitchen is now proudly owned and operated by the Lost Province Brewing Company family! They've always loved Coyote Kitchen’s concept, and over the years they've enjoyed countless meals at this beloved Boone staple.
We at Lost Province are committed to ensuring this restaurant continues to thrive in the Boone community! We're seriously dedicated to maintaining Coyote Kitchen’s allergy friendly focus, as this is something we know our community really values and loves.
Coyote Kitchen has undergone several exciting changes and it shows in the name! We are now known as Coyote Kitchen & Lost Province Taproom due to our expanded bar program and more taps with more beer. From sours to stouts, we've got a craft beer - brewed exclusively in Boone - for everyone! We also offer Molley Chomper and New Planet products for our gluten free friends.
To make things even better, we've added an allergy friendly bakery and have been making an intentional effort to bring in lots and lots of local ingredients from various farms across The High Country. Check out our menu to see where everything is from!

I have been at Coyote Kitchen for about a year and a half, which is the longest I have worked anywhere during my time in Boone. I love the sense of community that comes with working at Coyote Kitchen. Every day I come into work and I’m surrounded by friends who uplift and support each other! This type of community is hard to come by and I appreciate it everyday.
